Breathtaking views. Magnificent experience to and at Godwin glacier. Loved the dog sledding too. Wish the ride was longer. Oh and we saw some mountain goats :). Can't put the feeling down in Words. Great pilots and great dogs. They have a nice gift shop too. The dogs are all really sweet and the puppies are adorable. My sister & I did the Heli Ride to Godwin Glacier to do Glacier Dog Sled via Turning Heads Kennel. Highly recommend this tour combo especially if you really want to know & feel how the dogs do Iditarod run on ice/snow. Everyone was happy, helpful & informative. You can really tell how much they love what they do! Highly recommended ! First time to visit Alaska and really enjoyed the helicopter glacier and dog mushing on Godwin Glacier. Staff on Seward Helicopter are so knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We didn't have a car and they picked us up at our accommodation to get into their office. I can say that the tour was one of the major highlights of my first-ever Alaskan trip ! "Loved it!" is an understatement. I can not say enough good things about this adventure. The helicopter ride was absolutely spectacular. All the dogs were so friendly and the puppies....adorable. The mushers were very knowledgeable and the sled ride was more than I expected. A must do while in Alaska!!!
