Spectacular salmon dinners with lovely wines & bears. Can't go wrong here period! Wife and I split a platter and they kept the prawns on a side plate (I'm allergic, she enjoyed them) just like I asked. Halibut chunks were soggy, however, they tasted delicious. Broiled salmon was outstanding. Good seafood chowder, but I wish it had a smoky flavor. Good beer and wine selection. Around $5 for a pint, unless you can stomach High Life for $2.18. King crab was $20/half pound. Pricy-ish. Most restaurants in Seward are around the same cost. We were $160 for 4 adults and a burger eating 12 year old. This is a super cute place with no-frills presentation of homestyle, delicious food. The prices are good by any standard, and excellent for Alaska. Great service, too- highly recommend Very friendly and attentive service, and ample portions of delicious food. The chowder was excellent, as were the crab cakes and broiled halibut we ordered. Definitely would recommend this place! This is the best place in Seward! If you ask nicely they'll deep fry your salmon sandwich, and it's truly life changing.
