Loved the quiet, convenient location. Super nice furnishings, with full amenities, and cable TV. Tim, the owner, went the extra mile to welcome us. Did I mention the salmon swimming up the creek? Terrific place! It's okay, but not better than that. It has some pluses, of course. The cabins are cute, we saw spawning salmon struggling up the picturesque stream 20' from our door, and we enjoyed the rustic atmosphere. But these might be called the "Not Quote Right Cabins." There was a stand for only one suitcase and no place to put our other one. The two barstools were the only chairs - tough when tying your shoes. You need to walk 50 feet the bathroom at night and to the showers in the morning. They show signs of mold. The door lock n cabin doesn't work quite right and if you brush past the decorative snow shoes, they fall off the wall. Having said all that, this is a decent place to stay. Only decent. Peaceful and tranquil. Nice cabin. Close to Seward town and various trails. Tim, the owner, is very nice. A very unique experience. Highly recommended! Awesome! We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Creekside to anyone. Beautiful serene setting. This was exactly what we were looking for.
