We had read that this place was "basic", but it did not meet my expectations for $100+/night. Our room had a strange smell, the doormat was filthy, the pillows flat, the bed sagged in one direction, the television only got 3 channels, and you cannot control the heat in the room. The walls and ceilings are thin; we heard our next door neighbors snoring and every one of the upstairs neighbors' footsteps. Note that rooms 5-8 are on the lower floor of the building and not visible from 4th Ave. They are accessed via an alley behind the building. It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because it met our basic safety and cleanliness requirements (we appreciated the bedbug covers on the mattress and box spring). Cattivo odore. Pareti e soffitti sottili tanto da sentire i rumori dei vicini. Wi fi gratuito. Parcheggio. Sconsigliato!!!
