I was trying to track a package that had said it was delivered and the woman who was supposed to help me was very rude and made it very clear her feelings. She said that they did not have any packages for me and I kept having to tell her that my order tracking said it was delivered to this address. I offered to show her my tracking information along with the items that were supposed to be delivered and she refused to look at it and she told me to "tell me what it says" I told her to just look at it. After holding in some sweat and anger another lady helped me and seemed to be sympathetic. Like another commentator on here said, the men here are professional and courteous. Maybe it's the small town, but that's no excuse. The women who work here are beyond rude and awful. I have never seen such awful customer service in my life. The gentleman that works there is very nice. Kuddos to him for being better, even when surrounded by bad energy people. I have made multiple formal complaints as well because it seems to be universal, unpredictable ane completely out of hand. If you hate your job, then quit. The government doesnt need such unhappy people representing it and frankly im sure there are plenty of other people in our small town that would kill for such a great job with benefits. Maybe if this gets posted on google someone will finally do something about the customer service. Thumbs up to the gentleman though, youre doing a great job and its a joy to walk in and find out that you are manning the counter. Package "arrived" at 6:30am on Saturday... and was claimed to have been put in box. It's Monday and it's not in the box. Tracking said it arrived.. yet, no package. It was extremely valuable, and now it's, like the other comment, "Lost Mail"... Who is stealing these things? It needs to be looked into ..
