The customer service is horrible. I went in to ask for the restroom key and the lady put up her hand to sush me and told me that the other lady who was already assisting someone was the one I was to ask. So I waited and asked for the key only to find out the key was an arms length away from the original gal I asked. They weren't busy she was just pissy!
